1 oz Grapefruit Juice
0.5 oz Lime Juice
Top with Grapefruit Soda
Salt Rim + Grapefruit Wedge

Combine all ingredients except Grapefruit Soda into cocktail shaker. Shake, then strain into Salt rimmed glass with Ice. Top with Grapefruit Soda and garnish with Grapefruit Wedge.

Solar-powered Mule

1.5 oz Sombra Joven Mezcal
0.75 oz Lime Juice
0.75 oz Pineapple Juice
Top with Ginger Beer
Lime Wheel + Mint

Combine all ingredients except Ginger Beer into cocktail shaker. Shake, then strain into glass with Ice. Top with Ginger Beer and garnish with Lime Wheel and/or Mint.

Shadow Margarita

1.5 oz Sombra Joven Mezcal
0.75 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Agave Nectar
Black Sea-Salt Rim
Lime Wheel

Combine all ingredients into cocktail shaker. Shake, then strain into Black Sea-Salt rimmed glass with Ice. Garnish with Lime Wheel.

Reposé Margarita

1.5 oz Sombra Reposé Mezcal
0.75 oz Lime Juice
0.75 oz Hibiscus Syrup
0.25 oz Orange Curaçao
Salt Rim
Lime Wheel (optional)

Combine all ingredients into cocktail shaker. Shake, then strain into Salt rimmed glass with Ice. Optional Lime Wheel garnish.

Oaxacan Negroni

1 oz Sombra Joven Mezcal
1 oz Bitter Aperitivo Liqueur
1 oz Red Vermouth
Orange Peel

Combine all ingredients into mixing glass with Ice. Stir, then strain into Rocks glass with Ice. Garnish with Orange Peel.

Reposé Negroni

1 oz Sombra Reposé Mezcal
1 oz Rosé Wine
1 oz Bitter Aperitivo Liqueur
Orange Peel

Combine all ingredients into mixing glass with Ice. Stir, then strain into Rocks glass with Ice. Garnish with Orange Peel (express on glass before garnishing).

Oaxacan 75

1 oz Sombra Joven Mezcal
0.5 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Hibiscus Syrup
Top with Sparkling Wine

Combine all ingredients except Sparkling Wine into cocktail shaker. Give a quick shake, then strain into Flute glass. Top with Sparkling Wine and garnish with Hibiscus.

Cucumber Margarita

1.5 oz Sombra Joven Mezcal
1 oz Lime Juice
0.75 oz Agave Syrup
Tajín or Salt Rim
Muddled Cucumber Slices

Muddle 3 Cucumber Slices in cocktail shaker and combine all ingredients. Shake, then strain into Tajín or Salt rimmed glass with Ice.

Peach-y Margarita

1.5 oz Sombra Joven Mezcal
1 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Peach Purée
0.5 oz Triple Sec
Peach Slices + Mint

Combine all ingredients into cocktail shaker. Shake, then strain into glass with Ice. Garnish with Peach Slices and/or Mint.

1.5 oz Sombra Reposé Mezcal
3-4 oz Grapefruit Soda
Lemon Wedge

Combine all ingredients into Collins glass with Ice. Give quick stir, then garnish with Lemon Wedge.

Raspberry Spritz

1.5 oz Sombra Joven Mezcal
1 oz Lime Juice
0.75 oz Simple Syrup
Topped with Prosecco
Muddled Raspberries

Muddle 4 Raspberries in cocktail shaker and combine all ingredients except Prosecco. Shake, then strain into Rocks glass with Ice. Top with Prosecco and garnish with Raspberries & Mint.

0.25 oz Grenadine
2-3 Dashes of Bitters

0.75 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Tamarind Juice
0.5 oz Mango Syrup
1 Dash of Bitters
Mango + Mint

Combine all ingredients into cocktail shaker. Shake, then strain into Rocks glass with Ice. Garnish with Mango, Mint and/or Lime Wheel.

La Misión De Martha

1.5 oz Sombra Joven Mezcal
1 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Elderflower Liqueur
0.5 oz Agave Syrup
1 Egg White
1 Dash of Bitters

Combine all ingredients into cocktail shaker, adding Egg White last, and dry shake (no Ice) for at least 15 seconds. Add Ice and shake again, then double strain into Coupe glass. Top with a dash of Bitters and garnish with a flower.

1.5 oz Sombra Joven Mezcal
0.5 oz Vanilla Syrup
0.5 oz Bitters
0.25 oz Activated Charcoal
Cinnamon
Dehydrated Lime Wheel

1 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Hot Sauce
0.5 oz Agave Syrup
0.25 oz Worcestershire
Dash of Salt & Pepper
Top with Mexican Beer

Combine all ingredients into Tajín or Salt rimmed Collins glass. Give quick stir, then top with Mexican Beer and garnish with Lime Wedge.

Mezcal Bloody Mary

1 oz Sombra Joven Mezcal
4 oz Tomato Juice
2 tbsp Grated Horseradish
2 Dashes Hot Sauce
6 Dashes Worcestershire
1 Pinch Celery Salt
1 Pinch Salt & Black Pepper
Celery + Lime + Bacon Garnish

Combine all ingredients into cocktail shaker and give quick stir. Strain into Worm Salt or Tajín or rimmed glass. Garnish with Celery Stick, Lime Wheel and/or Bacon (optional).
